Dentures should sit and fit well. This is often possible. By individually shaping the dentures, they can look totally natural. Dentures in the lower jaw which do not always fit well can be fixed with implants.
If you do not wish to wear dentures and want to be able to bite again with full force, it may be possible to have fixed replacement teeth. This can be achieved with several implants, which enable a bridge to be fitted.
